Own and grow OpenFn’s implementation partner and reseller network globally, initially across Sub-Saharan Africa. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding partners, negotiating agreements, enabling partners to sell and implement the platform, driving partner-generated revenue, managing pipelines, coordinating internal support, and building a scalable certification and partner community program.

Lead OpenFn’s fundraising function from the ground up, developing strategy, building foundation and major-donor relationships, managing the funding pipeline, securing significant multi-year gifts and grants, and producing compelling proposals and reports. The role also engages Digital Public Goods and Digital Public Infrastructure policy communities, translates technical work into funder-focused narratives, establishes fundraising systems, and reports progress to leadership. This is a remote contractor role requiring 20–40% international travel.

Build and operate backend services for OpenFn’s government and NGO workflow automation platform. Design scalable architectures, connected-system registration, credential sharing, and reliable workflow workers. Shape backend architecture through technical proposals, code reviews, documentation, and engineering conventions. Strengthen security through improved trust boundaries, isolation, and credential handling. Work independently in a distributed team as an individual contributor.

Lead full-cycle new-business sales to governments and NGOs across Latin America and the Caribbean. Build and manage prospect pipelines, conduct technical platform demonstrations, qualify opportunities, develop solutions with product and services teams, negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure implementation handoffs. The role also expands regional relationships, represents OpenFn at industry events, gathers market feedback, and requires fluent English and Spanish communication with 20–40% travel.

Own OpenFn’s global marketing strategy, brand positioning, website, content, SEO, demand generation, events, and ecosystem relationships across Africa and Latin America. Generate qualified leads, report on pipeline contribution and ROI, develop case studies and campaigns, establish marketing analytics and CRM processes, and build the marketing function. This is a hands-on, remote role focused on governments, implementation partners, funders, and digital public goods communities.

The Principal Solutions Architect will oversee technical architecture and quality for OpenFn's services. Responsibilities include solution design, mentoring teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement data integration and automation solutions.
