Optimize structured data and technical infrastructure, identify LLM citation patterns, collaborate with PR, Content, Product and Engineering to surface machine-consumable data, track AI-driven sentiment and conversions, and iterate the content/technical stack as AI models evolve.

Lead the design, delivery and continual improvement of the group's performance management model. Coach managers, support performance issues and improvement plans, deliver capability building, and produce monthly performance data, insights and KPI reporting to inform HR and leadership.

Plan and execute functional and regression tests for web projects, analyze product requirements, estimate test effort, perform integration testing, create QA documentation, report bugs, and coordinate with developers, product managers, and customer success.

The Integration Project Manager will lead post-merger integrations, ensuring seamless transitions of acquired firms into OneDome's ecosystem through collaboration and process alignment.

Lead multi-channel digital acquisition to recruit mortgage brokers into the Growth Partners network. Own paid media, SEO, email automation, CRO, retargeting, and referral initiatives. Manage CPA-focused budgets, run A/B tests, set up conversion tracking, produce weekly dashboards, and coordinate with PR, events, partnerships and sales to optimize the full funnel from awareness to application.
