Lead frontend or full‑stack development for ONDA's web and mobile apps. Own architecture and delivery, iterate features via A/B testing, collaborate with product and leadership, debug across the stack, and help build the engineering team and roadmap.

Lead UX and product design for ONDA's web and mobile products as the first design hire. Set design culture, create user flows, interaction designs, brand guidelines, and design systems. Own end-to-end design from research through engineering handoff, manage product backlog, define priorities, and align roadmap and OKRs with executive team. Conduct user research, iterate rapidly, and ship core features.
