Provides first-line administrative and diary support to three directors, including scheduling, meeting coordination, travel and accommodation booking, expenses, timesheets, document preparation, recruitment administration, event organization, and meeting secretariat duties. The role requires proactive prioritization, confidentiality, strong written communication, stakeholder coordination, accurate record-keeping, and flexibility to manage deadlines and ad hoc work.

Conduct financial analysis supporting Ofcom’s Online Safety fees regime, regulatory assessments, investigations, and enforcement activities. Review statutory accounts and financial submissions, identify risks and anomalies, develop financial models, produce revenue reporting, and present evidence-based insights. Collaborate with legal, policy, economic, technology, and enforcement teams while serving as a financial subject matter expert and improving analytical processes and quality assurance.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, development, and delivery of online safety products at Ofcom. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional product programmes, data and AI strategies, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, user testing, product metrics, project dependencies, and budgets. The role requires applying product management methodologies, understanding technical architecture and data systems, and influencing teams to deliver sustainable, data-driven solutions supporting online safety objectives.

Manage quantitative and qualitative market research projects from inception through delivery. Responsibilities include defining research objectives, developing briefs, commissioning and overseeing research suppliers, analyzing datasets and findings, identifying trends, producing charts and reports, and presenting evidence-based insights to support regulatory policy. The role also requires maintaining cross-functional relationships, monitoring research best practices, and exploring innovative methodologies including AI applications.
