Seeking a Private Client Solicitor to draft wills, provide IHT guidance, and advise on trusts. Requires 3+ years PQE and strong communication skills.

Lead and launch the founding Customer Success team, design processes and rotas, own team performance and KPIs, coach and develop advisors, hire and scale the team, and collaborate with Product and Tech to shape and launch the CRM and AI-enabled tooling.

Provide commercial and contract support across procurement and partnerships: draft, review and negotiate contracts; manage contract lifecycle; identify and mitigate legal risks; advise stakeholders; maintain contract templates; conduct legal research; and assist legal and compliance functions under the Head of Legal.
