Acts as the primary internal and external contact, resolves project issues, coordinates remote teams, and translates business requirements into technical tasks while maintaining Jira and Confluence.

Perform end-to-end KYB reviews for merchant onboarding, verify UBOs and corporate structures, process complex/high-risk cases, ensure AML and regulatory compliance, meet SLA and quality targets, escalate issues, support reporting and process improvements, and collaborate with Compliance, Fraud, Monitoring, Customer Success, and Sales.
