Oversees investigations, fraud rules, controls, chargebacks, card-scheme compliance, merchant monitoring, transaction-laundering detection, acquirer relationships, reporting, and team development. Partners with AML, Product, Engineering, Legal, and acquiring partners to reduce losses, manage scheme exposure, strengthen procedures, and ensure fraud controls operate effectively.

Lead Mercuryo’s global recruitment function and team, owning workforce planning, sourcing, executive hiring, hiring budgets, forecasting, recruitment metrics, candidate experience, and process improvement. Partner with hiring managers and C-level stakeholders across EU, US, and APAC markets. Build scalable recruitment strategies, coach recruiters, use data and AI tools to improve hiring, and manage complex senior-level searches in fintech and Web3.

Own payments data analytics from product launch through reporting. Build dbt models, transaction cost models, datasets, dashboards, data-quality checks, and automated reconciliations against partner invoices and settlement reports. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Partnerships, Product, and Data Engineering. Analyze payment economics including fees, FX, fraud, chargebacks, blockchain, and custody costs while ensuring data completeness and tracing discrepancies to root causes.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the U.S. crypto payments market. Manage the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting through closing, maintain CRM pipeline activity, meet sales targets, develop partner relationships, analyze market trends, improve attach rates, and provide weekly revenue forecasts. The role requires strong Web3 knowledge, established crypto industry connections, proven market-share growth, and over five years of relevant sales experience.

Oversee daily pricing operations, financial metrics, system performance, and administrative settings across Web3 and payments products. Investigate special cases and technical issues, analyze pricing and revenue impacts, test hypotheses, conduct competitive analysis, and improve related business processes. Maintain documentation and reporting, monitor costs, margins, and profitability, and support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Lead Voice of the Customer and AI-driven support strategy to reduce friction and improve self-service. Use support data, CSAT, and operational metrics to identify pain points, optimise Forethought AI, build dashboards, own the Help Centre, and run the White Glove VIP Support programme while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
