The role partners with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, Delivery, and leadership teams to ensure implementations meet customer objectives, contractual commitments, timelines, and quality standards while improving implementation processes and reporting.

Lead complex enterprise implementations of the Luminance contract intelligence platform, managing discovery, configuration, timelines, risks, stakeholder expectations, and customer outcomes. Coach colleagues, improve implementation playbooks and training assets, establish scalable configuration standards, and provide structured product feedback. The role requires strong contract and commercial workflow knowledge, executive communication, prioritization, judgment, AI prompt development, and experience delivering legal tech or B2B SaaS implementations.

Lead complex enterprise implementations of the Luminance contract intelligence platform, from discovery and configuration through customer adoption. Manage concurrent projects, resolve delivery risks, guide senior stakeholders, and ensure implementations meet milestones and deliver lasting value. Coach colleagues, improve playbooks and training materials, establish configuration standards, and provide structured customer insights to Product. The role requires strong legal and commercial workflow knowledge, executive communication, prioritization, judgment, and experience crafting and teaching effective AI prompts.
