Six-week paid internship with the intention to hire permanent. Support AR collections, finance operations, AP processing, month-end close tasks (reconciliations, journals), VAT support, and onboarding. Drive process improvement and automation using AI/tech, manage collections system (Chaser), and assist on ad-hoc finance projects and reporting.

Owner of AR collections and finance operations: manage invoice chasing, AP processing, reconciliations, journal entries and month-end support. Onboard partners, support VAT and billing accuracy, maintain the finance inbox, and drive automation and process improvements using technology and AI. Assist with ad-hoc projects and reporting.

Act as first-line product expert for Found and Lottie marketplace via live chat and email, resolve escalations the AI cannot, maintain and improve the knowledge base, reproduce and hand off bugs to Product/Engineering, track support KPIs, and onboard new care-provider partners.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of partner accounts across Lottie's marketplace and Found by Lottie. Drive account health, identify expansion and upsell opportunities, monitor performance data, implement scalable account management processes, and feed partner insights to product and leadership. Individual contributor role focused on commercial outcomes, efficiency at scale, and building strong partner relationships.

Lead B2B acquisition channels beyond CRM—events, partnerships, direct mail, trade press, and paid social. Build events and partner programmes, set and manage channel budgets, report on channel-specific lead indicators and company metrics (demos booked, new MRR), and scale successful channels into teams. Work hybrid from London Bridge with a path to Head of B2B Marketing.
