Manage and grow strategic partner accounts to drive channel performance and commercial results. Monitor KPIs and channel economics, lead partner reviews, support onboarding and launches, coordinate cross-functionally, handle invoicing, and deliver performance insights to scale partnerships.

Lead product efforts to grow commercial performance: optimise website conversion with A/B testing and analytics, launch new product lines, identify growth opportunities from data and research, manage B2B partner integrations, and align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Handle inbound sales enquiries and plan renewals for home service plans, meet sales and renewal targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, use CRM and sales tools, collaborate with the team, and stay updated on products and processes.
