Handle inbound sales enquiries and plan renewals for home service plans, meet sales and renewal targets, maintain high customer satisfaction, use CRM and sales tools, collaborate with the team, and stay updated on products and processes.

Contact customers (inbound and outbound) who are considering leaving or at renewal to resolve issues, negotiate pricing, reinstate payments, and secure renewals. Log interactions in CRM, analyse customer journeys, identify retention opportunities, and provide feedback to reduce future cancellations.
