Lead Global-e's Sales Development organization across EMEA, North America, and APAC. Manage regional team leaders and 15+ BDEs to build predictable outbound pipeline, improve outbound-to-demo conversion, and drive AI-enabled sales transformation. Own outbound tech stack and HubSpot lead flow, develop playbooks, partner with Sales/RevOps/Marketing, and represent Sales Development performance at company-wide forums.

The Payroll Specialist will manage attendance systems, oversee employee onboarding/termination, process payroll forms, and assist in monthly payroll processing.

Serve as primary client contact for a portfolio, build trusted C-level relationships, deliver performance reports and strategic insights, liaise with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and support clients' marketing and operational decisions.

Lead technical pre-sales and integration efforts for Global-e's cross-border e-commerce platform. Run technical discovery, recommend integration strategies, prototype solutions, address technical objections, and translate client feedback to Product and R&D. Partner with Sales and Project teams, provide ongoing technical guidance to clients, and represent customer needs in internal product discussions.

Manage end-to-end implementation of client projects post-contract, acting as the main client liaison. Plan, coordinate and track cross-functional teams (development, product, infrastructure, integrations), communicate progress, ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and maintain project timetables and releases.

Write and scale B2B marketing content across channels using AI-driven workflows. Research platform and industry topics, produce market reports, white papers, website copy, campaigns, case studies, video scripts, and sales collateral. Collaborate with product, design, and video teams; follow editorial calendar; optimize content using analytics and feedback; manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
