Own platform product delivery for COO functions: translate stakeholder needs into user stories, prioritise backlog, shape demand, define success criteria, manage roadmaps and delivery, and champion end-to-end client and user experience improvements.

Lead product strategy and delivery for platform solutions by translating stakeholder needs into user stories, managing backlog and prioritisation, assessing demand and impacts, defining success criteria, and driving user-centred improvements across COO functions using agile methods.

Drive continuous improvement, governance, KPI/KRI reporting, training, and technical escalation to safeguard the firm and ensure a positive client onboarding experience.

Provide personalised financial planning and wealth management advice, build and maintain client and COI relationships, execute business plans, mentor advisers, ensure compliance and record-keeping, and collaborate with Investment Management and Professional Services to grow and retain client assets.

Provide administrative support to Investment Managers, manage client relationships and records, process cash and FX transactions, handle new account setup and AML documentation, liaise with operational teams, identify and report risks, coach administrators, and support client digital tool adoption.
