Partners with Product, Engineering, Compliance, CX, and carrier teams to improve workflows, resolve incidents, support product launches, and maintain operational controls. Manages and mentors operations staff, builds performance dashboards, drives quality initiatives, and oversees cross-functional projects and compliance-sensitive processes.

Leads and scales a remote inside sales team for life insurance, owning revenue targets, sales execution, coaching, hiring, licensing and operational processes. Manages the full sales funnel, develops playbooks and performance metrics, improves close rates, and partners with Product, Marketing, and Engineering. Uses customer insights, unit economics, forecasting, CRM data, and telephony systems to improve lead quality, scripts, quoting, applications, servicing, and policy administration.

Own escalated customer and internal support cases from triage through resolution. Diagnose root causes using backend systems and tools such as Salesforce, Datadog, and Amplitude; communicate clearly with stakeholders and customers; meet service-level goals; identify recurring issues; and improve the internal knowledge base. The role involves troubleshooting unfamiliar systems, occasional phone-based customer support, and close collaboration with engineering and product teams when deeper investigation is needed.
