Supports the Principal Product Owner in gathering and validating requirements, creating epics and user stories, maintaining the product backlog, and participating in agile ceremonies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand user needs, clarify development requirements, support testing and UAT, identify workflow improvements, and prepare release notes and user documentation. The role requires strong communication, analytical ability, organization, and experience in an agile SaaS environment.

Creates epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and documentation; manages backlog refinement and participates in agile ceremonies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements, remove blockers, validate features through usability testing and UAT, and support release enablement, documentation, and user communications.
