Serve as a trusted advisor for platform configuration, ongoing support, and new enhancements. Manage project deliverables, gather and document requirements, configure/customise EB360 platforms, and ensure platform maintenance. Provide global support across time zones, contribute to continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
