It is intended for a recent graduate or early-career candidate with strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.

Develop and maintain Ruby-based parsers, API integrations, and data transformation logic connecting customer warehouse management systems to DexoryView. Build integrations using CSV, JSON, XML, Excel, REST, SOAP, and SFTP; write RSpec automated tests; debug production and customer-specific data issues; implement robust error handling; collaborate with engineering, support, product, and customers; and maintain technical documentation.

Build and own Dexory’s company-wide data foundation, integrating operational, product, commercial, contractual, and telemetry data. Define trusted data models, business metrics, SLAs, and KPIs; establish secure queryable datasets and AI-assisted natural-language access. Own pipeline health, data quality, architecture, and build-versus-buy decisions while partnering with engineering teams. As the founding data hire, set standards, deliver early value, and help recruit and lead the future data function.

Provides administrative support to the Senior Office Manager and helps maintain an efficient, organized office. Responsibilities include ordering supplies, managing inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs, maintaining cleanliness, liaising with teams, clients, and vendors, handling mail and packages, assisting with travel and events, and maintaining physical and digital records. The role is fully onsite in Wallingford, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm.
