As a Case Manager, you will guide customers through loan applications, package documents, maintain communication with lenders, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving targets.

Perform end-to-end quality assurance reviews of secured lending applications and customer interactions to ensure FCA compliance, suitability, affordability and good customer outcomes. Record findings, prepare reports, present to senior management, support training and supervision of trainee advisors, identify process improvements, and participate in calibration to maintain consistent quality standards.
