The role requires three days per week in the company’s London office.

Manage executive calendars, travel, inboxes, expenses, meetings, confidential information, and leadership follow-up. Run the Camden office, including supplies, catering, guests, onboarding, offboarding, mail, equipment, and workplace culture initiatives. Coordinate offsites, maintain office processes and SOPs in Notion, and improve administrative workflows using AI tools. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication in a hybrid climate-tech startup.
