The role requires software development fundamentals, proficiency in at least one programming language, relational database expertise, basic non-relational database knowledge, and hands-on cloud infrastructure experience.

Manages product releases across non-production and production environments while improving release processes, tracking release health, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Delivers agile training and coaching to multiple scrum teams, develops targeted learning plans, and promotes continuous improvement in delivery reliability, speed, and predictability.
