The Senior Python Engineer will design and implement features for data science applications, mentor junior engineers, and ensure system architecture aligns with best practices in a SaaS environment.

Own and evolve the company design system and UX standards across multiple B2B SaaS products. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and UI enhancements. Conduct user research and usability testing, contribute to product requirements, and advocate for users while balancing design ideals with delivery constraints.

Perform quantitative analysis using BMLL's product suite and large market-data lakes to support sales/marketing, prototype technical solutions, gather client feedback, and contribute to the product roadmap. Communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintain reproducible documentation, and manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
