Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple enterprise SaaS product workstreams: discovery, specification, backlog management, development, release and validation. Work with Engineering, Customer Success and leadership to prioritise features, write clear requirements and acceptance criteria, ensure release quality, embed AI across product management and product features, and drive customer discovery to deliver measurable value.
