Manage a strategic semiconductor customer account by understanding technical needs, positioning products, driving design wins, and supporting complex sales cycles. Build relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders, qualify requirements, present roadmaps, conduct technical discussions, coordinate proposals and RFQs, track pipeline and forecasts, identify account expansion opportunities, and monitor customer roadmaps, competitors, and market trends.

Develops and improves digital verification environments and architectures for semiconductor designs. Responsibilities include RTL and gate-level simulations, regression testing, test planning, testbench and assertion development, coverage analysis and closure, debugging, and verification flow enhancement. The role requires SystemVerilog and UVM expertise, familiarity with verification tools and computer architecture, and independent execution. Python scripting, mixed-signal verification, object-oriented programming, and large-scale verification environment experience are advantageous.

Leads external innovation ecosystem and industry-platform engagement, builds partnerships with research institutions, identifies technology and market trends, translates insights into strategic product inputs, and supports scalable innovation and business opportunities. The role requires substantial innovation, technology strategy, or R&D experience in the semiconductor industry, strong strategic analysis, stakeholder management, and Chinese-English communication skills.

Implement and tailor Altium Enterprise solutions for enterprise customers across cloud and on-premises environments. Analyze customer electronics development processes, provide technical guidance, create Statements of Work, collaborate with software engineering and R&D on customized solutions and issue resolution, and coordinate cross-functional delivery to achieve customer objectives.

Develops and validates PMIC application hardware and software, performs chip- and board-level evaluation and debugging, and resolves performance issues. Provides pre- and post-sales technical support, conducts failure and RMA analysis, and produces detailed reports. Maintains datasheets, application notes, evaluation reports, design tools, training materials, and technical documentation. Collaborates with design, FAE, marketing, and global customer teams to deliver power IC solutions.

Develops and improves digital IC verification environments and architectures. Responsibilities include understanding design functionality, creating verification environments, running RTL and gate-level simulations, managing regressions, and achieving code and functional coverage closure. The role requires expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, verification planning, testbenches, assertions, debugging, industry-standard verification tools, computer architecture, and large-scale verification environments.
