The role requires deep expertise in multiphase power systems, digitally enabled power management, firmware-enabled products, mixed-signal ICs, control loops, and automated laboratory testing.

Analyze and report on semiconductor product failures, particularly in power management devices. Perform package, nondestructive, electrical isolation, physical failure analysis, imaging, bench characterization, and deprocessing techniques. Interpret schematics and layouts, investigate diodes and transistors, manage multiple tasks, and communicate findings effectively while supporting semiconductor products for AI-related power requirements.

Leads new product introduction and definition for next-generation AI power modules, coordinating electrical, mechanical, software, systems, packaging, quality, and manufacturing teams. Defines product scope and requirements, manages engineering samples, oversees NPI gates and readiness reviews, evaluates materials, supports prototyping and production transition, and presents recommendations to senior stakeholders. Requires extensive product management or product definition experience in power electronics or infrastructure markets, plus power module engineering experience.

Performs semiconductor product reliability and failure analysis, including root-cause investigation, reporting, microscopy, X-ray tomography, and electrical instrumentation. Supports field customers and new product development teams while learning established failure-analysis processes and collaborating with engineers and technicians.

Leads end-to-end semiconductor customer product programs from new product introduction through volume ramp. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, sales, and product teams to meet milestones, sample commitments, capacity needs, and customer expectations. Identifies risks, drives mitigation, leads program reviews, manages NPI readiness gates, and provides dashboards and executive updates. Requires 10+ years of semiconductor product management, product marketing, or operations experience, with strong NPI, supply chain, and cross-functional leadership expertise.

Leads new product introduction for next-generation AI power modules, coordinating electrical, mechanical, software, systems, packaging, quality, and manufacturing teams. Defines product scope, thermal and power requirements, prototypes, sample readiness, production transitions, and governance milestones. Presents proposals to senior stakeholders, manages cross-functional coordination, evaluates materials, and escalates critical issues with data-driven recommendations.

Leads architecture, RTL design, integration, verification, synthesis, timing closure, low-power implementation, and silicon evaluation for mixed-signal ASICs. Provides technical leadership, mentors engineers, collaborates with analog, verification, and physical design teams, supports DFT and production, develops design documentation, and resolves silicon issues. Requires over 10 years of digital design experience and expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog, ASIC methodologies, timing, power, and verification.

Support MOSFET product engineering across silicon validation, wafer and package testing, NPI, qualification, manufacturing, and production release. Develop automated test scripts and setups, analyze yield and failure data, optimize cost and test processes, manage process changes, resolve manufacturing issues, and support reliability investigations and customer returns. Collaborate with design, fab, assembly, test, quality, reliability, operations, and OSAT teams.
