Identify and capture new business, build senior customer relationships, size markets, develop go-to-market and pricing strategies, lead RFI/RFP proposals, conduct competitive intelligence, and convert technical engagements into design wins and production revenue. Collaborate with product, engineering, applications, marketing, sales, and executive teams across the United States and Japan.

Own the full lifecycle of embedded electronic systems, including architecture, circuit and PCB design, firmware development, documentation, bring-up, debugging, and validation. Design mixed-signal hardware, implement embedded communication protocols and peripheral drivers, write C/C++ for ARM platforms, lead PCB reviews, and resolve hardware/firmware issues. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet system requirements. Preferred experience includes Embedded Linux, board bring-up, device trees, Yocto, motor control, and power electronics.
