Translates investment workflows and regulatory requirements into product and functional solutions, develops financial models for valuations, NAV, cash flows, reconciliations, and performance reporting, investigates variances and operational issues, prepares stakeholder insights, improves processes, and manages analysts. Manage data migrations between platforms, including planning, data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, issue resolution, documentation, and post-migration support. Collaborate with clients, business units, and engineering teams to mitigate risks and meet delivery timelines. Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations on migration metrics while leading junior staff and communicating investigations and outcomes effectively.
