Lead and grow the Customer Support team for Analyst1’s cyber threat intelligence platform. Own support operations, SLAs, on-call/24-7 coverage, escalations, complex technical troubleshooting, integrations (SIEM/SOAR/ITSM), deployment (on-prem/cloud), documentation, and product feedback to Product and Engineering. Partner with Customer Success and manage hiring, coaching, and performance.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities for a threat intelligence platform through targeted outreach, market segmentation, prospect qualification, CRM pipeline management, and close collaboration with sales and marketing. Meet lead-generation targets, educate prospects on cybersecurity solutions, and develop into an Account Executive role over time.
