The Infrastructure Engineer implements, secures, and maintains IT systems, develops standards, documents procedures, provides support, and ensures compliance.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology projects across cloud, network, storage, and systems. Manage scope, schedule, budgets, risks, vendors, and stakeholders using Agile practices and tools (Jira, Confluence). Coordinate security, compliance, business continuity, and governance activities while reporting status and recommendations to leadership.

May train new hires and create templates.

Lead development and execution of employee engagement programs, partner with DEI and HR, manage internal communications and events, analyze survey data to drive retention and inclusion, coach staff, and support global engagement surveys and bi-annual company meetings.

Design, build, and operate backend distributed systems for high-concurrency ticketing events. Drive architecture, build API-driven services, optimize performance and reliability, mitigate fraud/bot activity, lead reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and business stakeholders.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical initiatives from planning through delivery. Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications; maintain PMO artifacts; support release readiness; coach teams on agile practices; improve delivery processes and mentor other project managers while reporting program health to leadership.

Support execution of the LA Kings social content strategy: manage community engagement (comments/DMs), maintain content calendar, tag posts for reporting, assist on content and production shoots, and collaborate with the Social Specialist to deploy content across team channels.

Lead the front-end architecture and development of the FanSight platform, owning end-to-end systems and user experience. Build scalable, high-performance consumer-facing and B2B web applications, implement APIs and services, set engineering standards, guide technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, design, security, and cross-functional teams to deliver accessible, resilient applications that handle massive traffic.
