The Sr. Customer Success Manager is responsible for the health of assigned accounts, ensuring customer adoption and growth while managing renewals and upsells through relationship building and technical support.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving adoption of Cato's technology. Responsibilities include building relationships, conducting briefings, and overseeing renewals and upsells.

Serve as a trusted advisor for assigned enterprise accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. Own post-sales motion (QBRs, adoption assessments, renewals/upsells), coordinate across Sales, R&D, and Support, handle technical escalations, and ensure customers realize full product value.

Design and implement scalable, data-intensive backend services and data pipelines for a cloud-native security platform. Own features end-to-end, collaborate with product, data science, SOC/NOC, and adopt new technologies to enable analytics and AI-driven security capabilities.

Lead multiple concurrent global customer deployments of Cato SASE, producing project plans, schedules, budgets and burn-rate forecasts. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks/issues, communicate with stakeholders, and collaborate with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success. Provide technical guidance, ensure timely completion of deliverables, and support customer transformation. Fluent English and French required; travel up to 25%.

Own and grow a curated portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts, leading complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles for Cato's SASE and AI Security Platform. Build executive relationships, create and forecast a multi-million-dollar pipeline, expand adoption across security and network modernization, and coordinate internal and channel resources to win and expand large enterprise deals.

Manage and resolve customer post-sales and onboarding issues for a cloud network security platform. Diagnose networking/security problems, collaborate with R&D and Product Management, act as customer advocate, nurture relationships, monitor account health, and help expand global support services.

Own territory sales for cybersecurity/SaaS solutions in Oregon, driving full-sales-cycle engagement with mid-to-large accounts, CIO/CISO/CTO stakeholders. Build partner relationships (MSSPs, VARs), manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, leverage pipeline and win-loss data, and collaborate with the sales team to grow revenue and position products strategically.

Serve as the technical advisor in the sales process: validate solutions, deliver product demonstrations, present at events, respond to RFIs/RFPs, relay customer requirements to Product Management, and travel within the sales territory.
