Professional certifications in relevant environmental fields are highly desired.

The Manager of NERC Compliance leads the organization's NERC compliance program, establishes and monitors compliance with NERC standards, facilitates audits and enforcement responses, and ensures compliance with regulations and standards. Collaborates with subject matter experts, conducts self-assessments, and serves as a liaison with regulatory entities.
