Serve as product owner and business analyst for nonprofit clients using Salesforce. Define quarterly priorities, translate client goals into epics and user stories, maintain prioritized backlogs, facilitate stakeholder alignment, support UAT and change management, and ensure team delivery via Agile/Scrum. Communicate with C-suite and stakeholders, manage expectations, sign off on acceptance criteria, and centralize project information in ClickUp.

Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions (Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP) for multiple clients. Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools and LLMs, perform data migration/cleanup, document requirements, train users, QA teammate work, and manage managed-package integrations while supporting technical strategy and troubleshooting.
