Define and steer the vision, roadmap and go-to-market for data products. Partner with Data Engineering and AI teams to integrate ML capabilities, drive adoption, measure value, lead product owners, run governance and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Manage technical recruitment, vendor relationships, BI administration automation, incident resolution, and training. Drive data democratization, measure data ROI, evolve the Data Portal, and support business users and Data community adoption across the organization.

Manage strategy, roadmaps, rollouts and service delivery for a portfolio of hotels. Build relationships with owners and GMs, oversee vendors and SLAs, perform tech audits, support PMO activities, and drive brand tech standards and innovation while ensuring quality KPIs and escalation management.

Manage hospitality design projects from feasibility through construction and opening, ensuring brand standards, technical and commercial objectives. Coordinate owners, architects, designers, consultants, and internal teams; review layouts, FF&E, technical documentation; prepare design briefs and reports; advise on budgets and standards; conduct site visits and pre-opening inspections across multiple European markets.

Provide executive and project coordination support to the North American Legal team, manage complex calendars and travel, maintain document systems and SharePoint, assist with legal billing and e-billing (Legal Tracker), prepare and proofread polished documents, handle confidential communications, and support office operations aligned with luxury brand standards.

Define and implement B2C pricing strategy across Europe & North Africa, analyze market and competitive trends, recommend and optimize pricing, lead cross-functional pricing projects, and provide expert pricing support to hotels.
