Build, lead, and scale Pallet's SDR organization: diagnose and optimize SDR motion, create the outbound playbook, coach and develop SDRs, align with Marketing and Sales, track performance metrics, personally prospect as a player-coach, and recruit and onboard future SDR talent.

Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting: build targeted lists, run campaigns with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation, book meetings for AEs, iterate messaging and playbooks, and surface prospect feedback to improve go-to-market.
