Supports clinic and corporate leaders with employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, onboarding, engagement, compliance, and organizational change. Serves as an accessible HR resource for employees, analyzes workforce metrics, assists with investigations, and partners with recruiting and People Operations on staffing and retention initiatives. The role requires regular on-site engagement and travel across assigned clinic locations.

Supports leaders, managers, and clinic employees with day-to-day HR activities across assigned healthcare locations. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, onboarding, engagement, workforce planning, investigations, compliance, organizational change, retention initiatives, and workforce metrics analysis. The role regularly visits clinic and corporate sites in Houston or Dallas and advises operational leaders on employee concerns and People programs.

Owns administration, optimization, support, configuration, reporting, integrations, releases, and compliance for Workday and other People Technology systems. Leads a small team, manages vendors, supports HR stakeholders, delivers system and process improvements, oversees projects, and ensures data integrity, security, and effective technology solutions across HR, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and learning functions.

Owns the strategy, prioritization, requirements, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled products. Translates ambiguous healthcare, clinical, operational, and business needs into product roadmaps, PRDs, KPIs, and execution plans. Partners with engineering, data, security, compliance, legal, clinical, and operations teams to deliver responsible, secure, compliant, and measurable AI solutions.

Supports and advances Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud systems across accounting, reconciliation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and enterprise data governance. Leads requirements gathering, process design, integrations, testing, releases, enhancements, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Provides functional and technical support for ARCS, EPBCS, and EDMCS while ensuring data integrity, security, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, architects, engineers, vendors, and Oracle support teams to deliver system improvements and manage cloud updates.
