Lead corporate accounting functions including monthly and annual close, journal entry and reconciliation review, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, lender reporting, audit support, acquisition accounting, and supervise and develop staff while driving process improvements.

Provide accounting and clerical support including posting and paying broker payables, mailing ITCs, reviewing aged balances, handling accounting inboxes, customer service via phone/email, and month-end tasks like bank reconciliations and audit AJEs.

Support senior underwriters by performing administrative and preliminary underwriting tasks: assess loss history and finances, review submissions for errors, gather and verify data, manage inbound calls, assist with pricing and policy issuance, and collaborate with underwriting team to process accounts from quote to policy.
