Lead design, implementation, and support of scalable AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD/IaC practices. Provide technical leadership, incident response, monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement across development teams while ensuring security, cost control, and platform reliability.

Run onboarding and implementation for new customers, map customer workflows into the over.vu platform, maintain onboarding documentation, respond to support tickets, triage and escalate issues, monitor customer health, update knowledge base and in-app docs, and advocate user needs to product teams while supporting adoption and training.
