Acquire new business for SMB accounts through inbound and outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, relationship building, product demonstrations, and consultative selling. Qualify leads, manage sales pipelines, meet quotas, close product and service purchases, collaborate with Customer Services, maintain product knowledge, and report sales activity. The role requires B2B inside sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and travel of approximately 20%.

Supports finance operations by contacting customers about overdue balances and expiring payment methods, updating billing-system notes, processing account closures, organizing at-risk client data, and assisting with financial projects and reporting. The intern collaborates with Finance and Customer Success while developing skills in billing systems, financial data management, customer communication, and process improvement.
