Lead development of CoLab's simulation review capabilities: ingest and process industry-standard simulation data, build high-performance visualization for large datasets, collaborate with Product and customers, and define architecture and UX for a new Simulation product area.

Lead and coach the engineering team building AutoReview, an AI-powered mechanical design review product. Partner with Product on roadmap planning, feasibility, estimation, prioritization, and timelines. Maintain technical context to identify risks and dependencies, guide initiatives involving DFM checks, assembly analysis, and bulk workflows, and collaborate with applied ML teams. Establish clear ownership, support engineer autonomy, and help the team navigate evolving customer needs and AI technologies.

Embed with enterprise customers to solve mechanical engineering data, integration, and workflow challenges across PLM, ERP, QMS, and design systems. Implement AI-enabled CoLab workflows, validate AI-generated engineering results, identify product gaps, and develop scalable documentation and playbooks. Partner with technical program managers, software engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders to lead technical projects and improve engineering decision-making.

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer product programs: scope and sequence deliverables, coordinate Product/Engineering/CS, manage UAT and feedback, track milestones and risks, communicate status and executive-facing updates, and align delivery outcomes to customer value.

Lead GTM enablement strategy across sales, BDR, and customer success. Diagnose performance gaps using funnel data, call reviews, rep feedback, and RevOps partnership; build measurable onboarding, messaging, coaching, and lifecycle programs; and ensure managers sustain them. The role also builds and leads an enablement team, oversees technical enablement and field coaching, and measures program impact on ramp time, conversion, retention, and expansion.

Own the architecture, integrations, data model, governance, automation, and reporting infrastructure supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Manage Salesforce and the broader revenue technology stack, build trusted pipeline, forecast, quota, and retention reporting, resolve systems debt, evaluate and roll out tools, prioritize requests, and lead cross-functional process initiatives. Provide training, documentation, and adoption support while partnering with operations, IT, Enablement, and business leadership.

Lead CoLab’s demand generation function and four-person team, owning marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion, CAC efficiency, budget, forecasting, and ROI. Build integrated programs across paid, digital, events, field marketing, and ABM, including launching the company’s first ABM motion. Scale effective channels, test new opportunities, partner with Sales and Product Marketing, and present data-driven pipeline insights to executives.

Own core people operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, performance cycles, compliance, payroll support, employee relations, and policy guidance. Partner with managers as a trusted HR advisor, support work permits and recruitment logistics, and collaborate on employee experience initiatives. The role requires independent ownership, strong organization, clear communication, and experience applying employment law in a high-growth environment.

Build and maintain integrations connecting CoLab to CAD, PLM, and enterprise systems. Design and implement desktop and web capabilities, troubleshoot PLM/CAD workflows, collaborate with Product and Customer Success, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, reliable engineering lifecycle software.

Lead expansion and growth within existing enterprise accounts, build and execute strategic account plans, qualify opportunities, coordinate with AE and Customer Success for renewals/expansions, document activities in Salesforce, and travel regularly to customer sites and biannual team meetings.
