Lead regional sales for K-12 products across the Central region, driving revenue, forecasting, pipeline management, and market analysis. Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team; build client relationships with district decision-makers; coordinate cross-functional efforts; manage budget and KPIs; and travel extensively to meet territory goals.

Support state-level business development by researching opportunities, building partnerships with state agencies and organizations, drafting RFPs/grants/proposals, presenting to partners, and helping design and implement complex state projects using Salesforce/SalesLoft while managing workflows and databases to scale educational services.
