Drive North American new customer acquisition for iRely's ERP/CTRM solutions. Build strategic pipelines, engage executive decision-makers, manage full enterprise sales cycle, develop territory and revenue plans, collaborate with product/marketing/services, represent company at events, maintain CRM forecasting. Travel ~30%.

Design, maintain, and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC for multi-tenant SaaS. Manage Docker/Kubernetes workloads, PostgreSQL production environments, monitoring, security, backups, disaster recovery, and automation. Improve deployment reliability, incident response, and collaborate with Development, QA, Product, and Architecture teams.
