Mentor engineers and act as technical escalation for complex system failures.

Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and customer operations for hyperscale programs, driving demand forecasting, inventory optimization, NPI planning, allocation management, and cross-functional coordination. Manage customer forecasts, backlog, deployments, and provide executive reporting while building a high-performing team and continuous improvement processes using analytics and automation.

Lead cross-functional programs to define and execute long-term manufacturing test strategy, roadmap, and automation. Drive alignment across design, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to improve test yield, reliability, efficiency, and product quality. Use data-driven RCA, manage risks, and communicate status to leadership while ensuring scalable, production-ready test solutions.

Lead end-to-end change management for manufacturing test systems, assessing technical risk, defining validation strategies, driving cross-functional execution, enforcing change control and validation gates, and ensuring safe, low-risk deployments of firmware, test scripts, and infrastructure. Own post-validation reviews, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of change management and validation frameworks.
