Leads enterprise software implementation programs from kickoff through delivery, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, resources, risks, and multiple concurrent workstreams. Serves as the primary stakeholder contact, coordinates implementation, support, sales, and product teams, and provides executive status reporting.
