The role also includes financial oversight of the HR budget and using data to enhance employee satisfaction.

As the Head of Employee Relations at ClearBank, you will develop and implement strategies to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. You will provide training and guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment law. You will also report on employee relations activities and suggest improvements based on data insights.
