Owns gross and net revenue retention, post-sale strategy, customer health, adoption, value realization, renewals, expansion, support quality, onboarding, and implementation. Builds scalable operating models, hires and coaches teams, establishes playbooks and KPIs, and partners with Sales, Product, RevOps, Data, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes and business growth.

Own the full sales cycle for new mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS customers, from self-sourced prospecting through complex negotiations and close. Build pipeline, advise customer support and operations leaders, deliver product demonstrations, plan proofs of concept, engage multiple stakeholders, and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with sales development, marketing, and solutions teams while representing EdgeTier at industry events and through thought leadership.
