Leads enterprise talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives across a growing, multi-site CRO. Responsibilities include job architecture, career pathways, organizational design, change management, leadership and employee development, succession planning, business needs assessments, employee engagement, and people analytics. The role partners with leaders and People Operations functions to align workforce capabilities with business strategy, navigate organizational growth and change, and improve performance through practical, measurable solutions.

Develop and grow strategic relationships across assigned life sciences key accounts, expand adoption of bioanalytical and biomarker services, achieve booking and revenue targets, manage account plans and pipelines, negotiate complex opportunities, and coordinate with scientific, operational, marketing, and program management teams. The role requires understanding CRO sales cycles, client pipelines, technical service offerings, and regulated bioanalytical environments.
