Own the company’s growth marketing function across acquisition, lifecycle, funnel design, experimentation, analytics, targeted outreach, and marketing automation. Manage approximately €200,000 in paid media spend, optimize CAC and payback, build attribution and funnel reporting, and partner with product on onboarding and activation. The role requires hands-on B2B startup experience, strong analytical judgment, German and English fluency, AI-native working habits, and the ability to operate independently in an ambiguous pre-product-market-fit environment.
