Provide Tier 2 technical support for restaurant customers via phone, chat, SMS, WhatsApp and email. Troubleshoot issues, resolve tickets, escalate high-priority bugs to Product and Engineering, train customers on tools, and maintain customer satisfaction using Zendesk and other collaboration tools.

As a Backend Engineer, you will design and optimize systems, develop APIs, ensure performance and security, and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions, while also mentoring junior engineers.
