Generates and qualifies EMEA sales leads through calls, email, social selling, events, and inbound follow-up. The role manages pipeline and activity KPIs, conducts discovery meetings and product demonstrations, communicates value propositions, handles objections, maintains CRM records, and collaborates with sales and global teams to create qualified opportunities. It also requires developing product and industry knowledge and attending approximately two to four industry events annually.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting software and server issues, maintaining demo systems, managing high-priority customer cases, hosting visiting crews, delivering training and workshops, building community relationships, representing Disguise at industry events, and reporting product issues and field insights to internal teams.

Integrate hardware, firmware, and Windows operating system components into reliable server products. Develop OS images, perform system bring-up, troubleshoot issues across electrical, mechanical, and software boundaries, and create test plans, rigs, fixtures, and automation scripts. Coordinate with engineering teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers while documenting results, supporting validation, and delivering integration milestones.

Provides technical support to customers using disguise hardware and software for live entertainment and visual productions. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, prioritizing and resolving support cases, troubleshooting networking, media server, video, camera tracking, and 3D workflow issues, creating knowledge-base content, collaborating with development and QA teams, preparing servers, and assisting with demos, events, and onsite production support. Weekend coverage is required approximately once every 6–8 weeks.
