Lead complex global technology and business transformation projects including ERP implementations, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data integrations, and M&A integrations. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, stakeholder communications, change management, and governance while advising executive leadership and driving project management standards and continuous improvement.

Lead enterprise data governance, master data management, data quality, and integrations across ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. Define standards, steward data, manage migrations and integrations, implement controls for compliance (SOX, security), build dashboards, and partner with stakeholders to improve data integrity and enable decision-making.

The TPM Engineer will enhance equipment performance and reliability, lead TPM initiatives, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

This role leads the transformation of data and AI capabilities for WireCo, focusing on leveraging data to drive efficiency, growth, and innovation across global operations through scalable, modern data and AI solutions.
