Provide engineering design and calculation support for formwork and scaffolding on high-rise and civil infrastructure projects. Create and review Revit formwork models, drawings, specifications, calculations and material lists; support sales proposals; ensure safe, economical designs, inventory conformance and regulatory compliance; train staff and manage projects or teams as required. Travel as needed.

Design and finalize formwork solutions in collaboration with sales, produce Revit models, perform static calculations, prepare specifications and material lists, ensure safe and economical designs, train staff, support project delivery and compliance, and liaise with customers and stakeholders.

Manage and grow NorCal/Bay Area accounts by building relationships, identifying new business, developing sales plans, presenting product solutions, preparing proposals, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets for formwork and shoring products.

Lead planning, execution, and management of formwork projects from conception to completion. Perform site assessments, develop schedules and budgets, coordinate teams and suppliers, provide technical engineering guidance, conduct inspections and quality audits, manage client communications, and prepare/review engineering drawings and calculations to ensure compliance with standards and safety.

Design and implement formwork and shoring systems for construction projects. Develop detailed drawings and calculations using CAD/Revit, collaborate with project teams and clients, ensure code and safety compliance, select materials, monitor project progress, and address technical risks to keep projects on schedule.
