Provides end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave, contracts, offboarding, HR inquiries, and manager guidance. Maintains accurate HR records, supports local compliance and government reporting in Korea and the Philippines, manages HR vendors, and contributes to headcount planning, engagement activities, process improvements, and HR technology rollouts. Collaborates with regional HR teams and promotes self-service tools.

Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, country teams, and global communications colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns. Manage agencies and external stakeholders, translate scientific topics into compelling communications, monitor media impact, and improve share of voice across international markets.

Develop and execute external communications strategies across EMEA, leading media relations, thought leadership, executive visibility, disease awareness campaigns, and corporate storytelling. Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, country teams, and global colleagues to strengthen reputation and share of voice. Manage agencies and external stakeholders, support issues management, coordinate international communications, and measure media impact and campaign performance.

Supports R&D finance through budgeting, forecasting, expenditure monitoring, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Partners with Japan-based and global R&D stakeholders to provide decision-support insights, performs IFRS-compliant accounting for R&D expenses, and identifies opportunities to simplify, improve, and automate related processes and systems.

Owns the global Azure cloud and connectivity platform, including landing zones, networking, security, identity, cost governance, resilience, observability, and lifecycle management. Leads infrastructure projects, vendor relationships, service standards, budgets, and continuous improvement across global offices and regions. Partners with architecture, information security, service delivery, and business teams while managing remote teams and ensuring compliance with ITIL, GxP, and organizational standards.

Support Product Supply Transformation by collecting and analyzing supply/demand and capacity data, creating KPI and meeting materials, contributing to PSNS strategy and execution, managing BCE processes for manufacturing site decisions, and proposing process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within defined scope.
