Supports go-to-market automation workflows, CRM and data integrations, onboarding and adoption pipelines, multi-channel campaigns, experimentation, dashboards, troubleshooting, and documentation. Collaborates with Sales, Partner Success, Revenue Operations, Client Success, and Marketing while maintaining data quality across the B2B2C lifecycle. The role is designed for someone with 1–2 years of GTM automation, revenue operations, or growth operations experience.

Own and deliver full-stack features for web and mobile: design, build, test, and maintain back-end and front-end code. Troubleshoot scale, concurrency, background processing, and data ingestion issues. Integrate third-party services, collaborate cross-functionally, conduct code reviews and mentorship, and contribute to a secure, maintainable SDLC.

Architect and maintain scalable, secure systems; champion best practices (OO, DDD, microservices); drive code quality, secure SDLC, and data-driven solutions; mentor teams; leverage AI to improve developer workflows; work with analytics and data warehouse tooling.

Own investigation and resolution of unmatched repayments across partners and employers: troubleshoot root causes, contact partners/employers, support month-end recovery reporting, perform simple reconciliations, surface patterns, and work with systems owners to fix matching issues.
