Responsible for defining and supporting project data architecture standards administering Oracle and SQL Server databases. Requires strong experience in Oracle Applications Architecture, tuning, and development.

Create an Accounting Treatment Manual for an Oracle E-Business Suite/Federal Financials customer. Collaborate with federal government customer to document business events, manual journal entries, and federal accounting attributes. Lead functional requirements gathering meetings and maintain documentation. Develop test scripts and prepare test scenarios. Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite/Federal Financials, implementing break/fix issues, design, development, and support knowledge of RICEW objects. Responsible for technical activities, design alternatives, and meeting customer requirements related to Oracle modules. Develop and demonstrate functional and technical understanding of client's business processing.

Responsible for testing Oracle-based applications within a small team. Document and track software defects, work with developers to resolve issues. Must have experience with EBS Finance testing, P2P cycle, Oracle EBS 12.2.X, and SQL queries.
